About Savannah Crozier

Savannah Crozier is a REALTOR® with Magnolia Realty Granbury, serving clients throughout Hood County, Erath County, Possum Kingdom Lake and surrounding areas. Since earning her Texas real estate license in 2023, Savannah has quickly established herself as a trusted advisor known for her dedication, creative marketing approach, and commitment to helping clients navigate one of life’s biggest decisions.

Born and raised in Lubbock, Texas, Savannah developed an interest in real estate at an early age. Her passion for the industry led her to begin gaining experience as a teenager, building a strong foundation in property, marketing, and client relationships long before becoming a licensed REALTOR®. Today, she brings that early exposure, combined with her education and hands-on experience, to provide a strategic approach for every client she serves.

Before becoming a full-time REALTOR®, Savannah served as the Leasing and Marketing Manager for a new apartment development in Stephenville. She successfully led the community through a full lease-up, managing marketing efforts, resident relationships, outreach, and day-to-day operations. This experience strengthened her ability to understand buyer and seller needs, create impactful marketing strategies, and showcase properties in a way that connects with the right audience.

A Business Marketing graduate from Tarleton State University, Savannah combines her knowledge of branding and consumer behavior with her passion for real estate to create a unique advantage for her clients. She specializes in residential properties, lakefront homes, and farm/ ranch throughout Granbury, Stephenville, and Possum Kingdom Lake. Her understanding of the lake lifestyle and the unique nature of these markets allows her to provide valuable insight beyond a traditional transaction.
